Thank you for your interest in pursuing your career with Magsaysay Global Services, Inc.

Personal Information: In order to proceed with your job application, we will collect your personal data such as, but not limited to:

Personal Details: Name, address, contact information, birthdate, religion, marital status, social media accounts
Employment History: Current and previous employers, job titles, responsibilities,
Education and Qualification: Educational attainment, certifications, training, licensure
Health Information: Medical history, health assessments or screenings
Financial and Loan Information
References and family members: Names, contact details, education, and occupation
Other relevant information such as SSS registration, skills and abilities, previous VISA applications and status

If you pass the pre-employment process, we will continue processing your information for overseas and/or local employment purposes.

Purpose of Processing: Your information will be used for the following:

Compliance Services: Medical, Collection of Documents for Visa, Visa Processing, Contract, Encoding and Scanning of Documents and Dependents Information, Worker’s 201 records, Monitoring and Reportorial Requirements (including reporting of status and condition of workers and significant incidents involving workers)

Legal Bases for Processing: We process your personal data based on one or more of the following grounds:

Consent: You have provided explicit consent for the processing of your personal data
Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party
Legal obligations: Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as labor laws of host country of employment and Department of Migrant Workers rules and regulations.
Legal claims: Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Sharing of Information: MGSI engages service providers for background checking, training, medical diagnostics, visa processing, data processing via system (encoding and scanning), travel arrangements, and other activities relating to recruitment and deployment. We may require them to process your personal and sensitive personal information to complete the recruitment and employment process. We may also procure information from third parties engaged by your prospective employer to process your personal data.

Your personal information will be shared with our clients, partner organizations, vendors/suppliers, foreign placement agencies, and foreign principals who may be your potential employers. Your employer will update MGSI regarding your status and condition during the term of your employment and inform us of any significant incidents (such as illness, injury, disappearance, arrest) that involve you. MGSI and your employer may also disclose your information to government agencies, as may be required by law.

Data Subject Rights: You have the right to access the information that you provided and to rectify the same in case of inconsistencies. You may raise your concerns on MGSI’s processing of your personal information with MGSI’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) (mgsi-dpo@magsaysay.com). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting MGSI’s DPO. However, withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to participate in the employment process. Data Security: We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, such as Multifactor Authentication (MFA), strict access controls, data encryption, and enhanced firewall security.

Data Retention: We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this form or as required by law. Your information will be securely disposed of when no longer needed.

Acknowledgement and Attestation

I hereby consent to the collection, use, and processing of my personal information by MGSI, the employer, and other parties as described in this form. I understand and acknowledge that my personal data will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in this form and will be used to assess my suitability for employment; facilitate my recruitment, placement, and deployment; comply with applicable requirements and regulations; and fulfill other related purposes.

I certify that the information I provide in support of my application is accurate, complete, and correct. I acknowledge that my failure to provide accurate and truthful information will be grounds for denial of my application for employment.

Should my explicit consent be required by the laws applicable to my employer or by my employer’s policies, I hereby grant my explicit consent to my employer to disclose information to MGSI and relevant government agencies regarding my status and condition, including significant incidents in which I may be involved, during the term of my employment.

I authorize MGSI to provide necessary information to its training affiliates, including Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA), Magsaysay Institute of Shipping (MIS), and Magsaysay Learning Resources Inc. (MLRI). The training affiliates can contact me regarding training updates and courses being offered.

I authorize MGSI to share my personal data with its affiliates for employment opportunities other than those available through MGSI. These affiliates can contact me regarding employment opportunities.

I authorize MGSI to obtain, process, and share my personal data (including health information) for software application development and other legitimate business activities.

I would like to receive updates regarding marketing promotions, job opportunities, insurance offers and other communications from MGSI and its affiliates.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Declaration

(Deklarasyon Laban sa Panunuhol at Korapsyon)

I understand that Magsaysay Global Services Inc. (“MAGSAYSAY”) has a zero-tolerance policy against bribery, corruption, and illegal recruitment.

Naintindihan ko na ang Magsaysay Global Services Inc. (“MAGSAYSAY”) ay may mahigpit na patakaran laban sa panunuhol, korapsyon, at illegal recruitment.
I understand that MAGSAYSAY employees are strictly prohibited from seeking or receiving bribes, such as money, gifts, favors, or anything of value, from any applicant or worker for acceptance or placement in a job.

Naiintidihan ko na ang mga empleyado ng MAGSAYSAY ay mahigpit na pinagbabawalan na manghingi o tumanggap ng suhol, tulad ng pera, regalo, pabor, o ng kahit anong bagay na may halaga, mula sa mga aplikante at manggagawa para matanggap o makakuha ng trabaho.
I have given no bribes or payments of any kind, directly or indirectly, to MAGSAYSAY or any of its employees or representatives, and no employee or representative of MAGSAYSAY has sought any bribe or payment from me. Should any MAGSAYSAY employee or representative demand or request a bribe or payment from me, I shall report the incident immediately to MAGSAYSAY.

Hindi ako nagbigay ng suhol o ng kahit anong bayad, direkta o hindi, sa MAGSAYSAY, o sa mga empleyado at kinatawan nito, at walang empleyado o kinatawan ng MAGSAYSAY ang nanghingi ng suhol o ng bayad sa akin. At all times relevant to my recruitment/placement/deployment through MAGSAYSAY, I transacted and will transact only with persons properly identified as MAGSAYSAY employees.

If I should hereafter learn or suspect that any person with whom I transacted regarding my recruitment/placement/deployment was not a MAGSAYSAY employee, I shall immediately report the same to MAGSAYSAY.

I shall reasonably cooperate in any investigation by MAGSAYSAY regarding acts of bribery, corruption, and illegal recruitment.
